Questions people ask before ordering

How long does it take to arrive?
Each piece is made after you order: 2–4 business days to print, cut and polish, then 7–15 days in transit with tracking. You get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I add a name or send my own artwork?
Yes. Designs that support a name have a text box on the product page — type it exactly as you want it printed. For your own artwork, use the contact page: we check the outline, suggest a size and send a quote within one business day.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we remake it at no cost. Because every piece is custom made we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, but we always fix a problem on our side.
Will the shape look exactly like the picture?
The cut follows the artwork outline. Very thin details are given a small clear margin so the edge stays strong; you will not see a border around the design.
Is the acrylic thick and durable?
We use 3 mm cast acrylic with UV printing. It is waterproof, scratch resistant and does not yellow. Ornaments and keychains come with a drilled hole; standees and night lights come with a base.
